Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.

The original packaging, authenticity certificates, tags, and any accompanying materials must be intact and included with the return.
Return Exceptions

Personalized items, including products with custom engravings, designs, or custom sizing, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or an item damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
Please send us a photo of the damage or defect upon receipt. We will cover all return shipping costs and either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged during transit, please take photos of both the damaged item and the packaging immediately upon delivery and contact us without delay. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotional campaigns or with discounts of up to 30% may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard return policy.

Items purchased during special promotions or with discounts exceeding 30% are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
